There you go. Your meeting room has been created, and you are already in it. Now, all you need to do is invite people. The most convenient way to do this is by sending them the meeting link. Simply click “Copy meeting link” and send it across your other communication channels.

Alternatively, you can click “Add Participants” to add people that are already part of your Microsoft Teams network.

Last but not least, there is the option to “Share via default email”, which allows you to create an email that contains the meeting link. You can send this to all people that you’d like to involve in your call.

If you don’t want to share your video, you can use the phone button next to the camera. This way, the other speaker will hear your voice, but won’t be able to see your face.
